Stage Partners Purchasing Information

Stage Partners makes purchasing scripts and licensing performances fast and easy, but we understand that many organizations have specific rules for making purchases. Don’t worry. We are here to help every step of the way.


Here are some instructions, tips, and resources to help make the process even easier.

 

  • Starting an order is easy - on each play’s page there are various ordering buttons. If you are looking to purchase scripts for perusal or classroom use, click the “ORDER SCRIPT(S)” button. If you are looking to license performance and order scripts for your cast and crew at the same time, click on the “LICENSE A PRODUCTION” button.
  • We accept multiple forms of payment - credit cards, checks, money orders, and organizational purchase orders. At the end of the checkout process you will be able to select whichever payment method is best for you.
  • Some organizations require you to obtain a QUOTE before placing an order. We are happy to provide you with an official quote. Simply log into your account, add the items you want to your shopping cart. Then email us at info@yourstagepartners.com with the email address of your account and let us know you need a quote for the items in your cart.
  • Many organizations require a completed W9 in order to set Stage Partners up as a vendor. You can access our W9 at any time HERE.
  • Do you need us to fill out a vendor packet? Not a problem! Just email it to info@yourstagepartners.com and we will get it filled out as soon as possible.
  • If you are using a purchase order to process your order, you probably need an invoice. Once you have selected ‘Purchase Order’ as your form of payment and completed your order you will be able to access a full invoice in your account. Please note: We will hold off on processing your order until we receive your purchase order, which you can email us at info@yourstagepartners.com.
